The center is anchored by Edwards Theatres, a subsidiary of the Regal Entertainment Group, the nation’s largest movie operator with 575 locations throughout the U.S. (NYSE: RGC). Other significant tenants include Union Bank and Oggi’s Pizza.
The property was purchased by an undisclosed Southern California partnership, and sold by Concept Centers, LP, the original developer. Both parties were represented by David Kram and Pedro Arroyo of the Arroyo Commercial Group. This marks the first time the property has traded hands since the site was developed in 1998, and is one of the few cinema-anchored shopping centers that has sold during the past five years in California.
Arroyo & Company specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and multifamily properties. Please contact us if you would like a market update, an opinion of value, or more information regarding the sale of the Soledad Entertainment Center. email@example.com
