The 90,348 square feet of retail is located on 3.48 acres in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, California right off of Highway 101. The property includes Forever 21 and an additional 47,289 square feet currently available for lease.
Santa Rosa Plaza, the premier shopping destination in Sonoma County, features anchor tenants Forever 21, Macy’s, and Sears. The mall hosts 120 specialty stores including Apple, Abercrombie & Fitch, Eddie Bauer, Gap, Gymboree, and Victoria’s Secret as well as 16 eateries. In 2011, Santa Rosa Plaza underwent a multi-million dollar renovation that enhanced the facility and its connectivity to downtown and Railroad Square.
Santa Rosa is the largest city in the world-renowned wine country region and is accessible to over 200 wineries within 30 minutes.
