Arroyo & Company is pleased to announce that it represented the buyer of the KS Portfolio, a complex transaction comprised of 14 single-tenant properties located nationwide. In total, the portfolio consists of over 585,000 square feet of retail, occupied by Kroger, Safeway, and other national or regional tenants.
The portfolio was sold by an undisclosed institutional investor to a Northern California partnership, who was represented by Pedro Arroyo and David Kram of the Arroyo Commercial Group. The sales price of the portfolio is confidential.
