Arroyo & Company is pleased to announce the sale of the Watt Towne Center, a 150,000 square foot shopping center in North Highlands (Sacramento MSA, California). The center is anchored by dd’s Discounts and Big Lots, other notable tenants include CitiTrends, Big 5, Dollar Tree, Goodwill and Pleasanton Fitness. The property had gone through a major rehab and is now 94% occupied. It is situated on a signalized corner with high traffic counts and over 125,000 residents in a 3-mile radius.
The deal was sold off market by a group out of Portland, Oregon to a Southern California Buyer. The Seller was represented by Arroyo & Company, headquartered in San Francisco. David Kram and Pedro Arroyo were the Brokers that managed the transaction. Arroyo & Company also procured the Buyer.
