Isaac Shikuma

Mr. Shikuma joined Arroyo & Company in 2017. Prior to joining our team, he was a real estate manager at PacCom Management Services, where he oversaw management, leasing, and tenant improvements for office, retail, mixed-use, multi-family, and industrial properties. Earlier, Mr. Shikuma served in project management and vice president roles at a master-planned communities development firm, a preferred developer for national grocery and pharmacy chains, and an affordable housing developer.
