Arroyo & Company is pleased to announce the sale of Allston Place, Stadium Place, and Telegraph Gardens, a portfolio of three mixed-use properties serving the student community in Berkeley, California. The seller was a leading real estate investment, development, and asset/property management firm based in Portland, Oregon.
The properties were built between 2002 and 2013, and have a combined total of 172 units. All of the complexes are between five and six stories, have commercial units on the ground floors, and are within walking distance of BART stations. Two of the complexes have rooftop decks, and all three have views of both San Francisco Bay and the Berkeley/Oakland Hills.
Arroyo & Company, headquartered in Oakland, California, represented the seller. Pedro Arroyo and Isaac Shikuma were the brokers for this off-market transaction.
