Arroyo & Company is pleased to announce the sale of Lakeside Medical Center. The property was owned for 35+ years by a group of private investors. Brentwood Capital Partners (“BCP”) of Santa Monica, California purchased the property. In addition to its stable of creative office and neighborhood retail properties in Colorado, Nevada and California, BCP owns and operates a growing portfolio of medical office and life-science properties, many of which they redevelop to meet today’s changing healthcare needs and market dynamics. All parties were represented by Arroyo & Company, headquartered in San Francisco. Pedro Arroyo, David Kram & Kevin Klink were the Brokers that managed the transaction.
