Arroyo & Company is pleased to announce the sale of Medici Apartment Homes, a 216-unit garden style apartment community in Sacramento, California. Completed in 2006, the community contains one, two and three bedroom units in nine buildings totaling 201,444 rentable square feet.
The property was purchased by JB Matteson, and sold by a group of Private Investors. All parties were represented by Pedro Arroyo, David Kram and Kevin Klink of Arroyo & Company.
