Since joining Arroyo & Company in 2007, David has been involved in the disposition and acquisition of over $600,000,000, and 2,375,000 square feet of shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily, and single tenant net leased assets nationwide.
David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Arroyo & Company. In the beginning, he honed his skills as an asset manager overseeing apartment buildings and shopping centers.
During this time he analyzed other asset types including mobile home parks, land, service stations, and self-storage facilities. In 2008 he transitioned into dispositions, specializing in multifamily, single tenant net leased properties and shopping centers.
David’s exceptional performance led him to become Vice President in 2012. A creative problem solver who meets challenges head-on, he leverages his excellent work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to drive Arroyo & Company’s continued achievements.
